essential for union representatives, stewards, staff and members.
Bring a copy of your collective bargaining agreement (or handbook) and join us for a fundamental four-and-a-half day course to review every part of the process. Includes: rules for interpreting collective bargaining agreements, tips for writing effective grievances, and preparation forthe later steps of the grievance process.
Learn how to prepare and present an arbitration case with in-class practice before an arbitrator.
